About Our Founder

Erik Anker is a professor of Critical Thinking and Ethics. He holds master’s degrees in Critical & Creative Thinking and Organizational Leadership. He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Mediators and spent 20 years in the Air Force as a mediator--resolving organizational conflicts and facilitating international cooperation in logistics and combat medicine. He has helped both private and public organizations, as well as countless individuals, improve their critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Seeing the need for Critical Thinking and better communication across our society and culture, Erik has synthesized his diverse experience as a leader and mediator with his college course material to create Critical Relating. He hopes to offer these skills to anyone seeking to elevate their problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and communication.
